How do I tone and strengthen my lower abs?!


Question: How do I tone and strengthen my lower abs!?
my stomach is very lean except for the lower part of my abs!. what are some crunches or exercises i can do to really tone them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a exercise ball, That is one of the quickest (i wouldn't say easiest, because no exercise is easy to me, ; ) lol ) way to get hot lower abs!.
My gym instructor taught me how to do this, and I had to go buy the ball and it's only like $20 at walmart and stuff!.
Anyways, You lay completely flat on your back on the floor!. With your legs stretched out and your arms also stretched above your head!. Kind of like your hanging from a poll except with out that and laying on the floor!.
You can either start with the exercise ball in your feet or hands!. I think it's easier to start with you hands!. But you bring your hands up or feet holding the exercise ball straight up and transfer it to either your hands or feet depending on which you were holding it with before!. You just keep doing this kind of slow because you'll feel it more and make sure your legs and arms are always straight in the process!
It'll be very hard at first, but I have only been doing it for about three weeks and i'm doing 5 sets of 10 4 times a week and I have seen outstanding progress!

i've heard cardio reduces abs, and sit up type stuff tones them up and makes them look hot!. You dont actually have to do situps, but some major ab work outs -check WebMD!.com or FIRM videos!. My girlfriend does the FIRM workouts and man oh man does she have a hot body!. TIGHT!. And it happened pretty fast, I have to say!. mmmm!. Now I'm thinking of her instead of work! Doyou crunches but when you come up go to the side, and at gymnastics we did leg lifts but instead of pulling your legs staight up we pull the to the side, and I have a pretty good six pack so I guess it is working (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

example: get two desks and get between them!. place your four arms flat, one on each desk!. now lift your knees to your chest!. once you try it you will fill the burn in your lower abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
