Trying to lose belly fat...?!


Question: Trying to lose belly fat!.!.!.!?
I started working out about 2 months now and I don't feel that I am losing a lot of weight, maybe 5lbs max!.!.!. though I have been burning like 400-600 calories about 5 times a week and just starting using weights as well, about 3x a week!. I don't eat great, but I don't eat a ton or anything!. Would more cardio help me to lose more weight or would that be too much!? any suggestions would be great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, not only do you have to workout but you also have to EAT RIGHT!.!.!. if you dont eat right too you arent balancing anything so it doesnt benefit you as much as it could!. you should also try to make things harder each week or else your body will get use to it!.!.!. when you go to the gym try to get a personal trainer so that they can help you specifically!.!.
