Have i over eaten?!


Question: Have i over eaten!?
honestly!.
okay!.!.!. i ate a hungry girl shake this morning (200 calories)
then i went to dance for 2 hours!.
then i ate a pieace of pita bread, piece of cheese, and 3 slices turkey!. i ate grapes with it!.
ui ran on the tredmill!. 2 miles
i had a diet sunkist with 4 tbsp fat free redi whip!.
i really want a sweet potatoe for snack, but im afraid i will have eaten too much!. for dinner, ill prolly eat a piece of chicken and green beans or something!. am i eating way too much!.
btw, im 5'6 and weigh 127!. (13 years old) trying to lose 7 poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com

for your age and activity level you are eating far too little food you are going to have the metabolism of a forty year old before you are 20 eating like that!. you should calculate the number of calories you use in a day, bmr + activities and subtract 500 calories and eat that many calories split 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fats!. that is to lose weight at 1 lb per week, which is healthy for your weight!. stay healthy!. stay active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you have a healthy lifestyle already!. It doesnt matter how much you eat as long as you eat the right stuff (you pretty much are)!. People dont get obese or overweight from eating fruits and veggies!. DONT try to lose weight, you are at a good weight for your size!. You are eating healthy, Keep it up!. Your okay, it's just that after a workout your body uses all those calories for energy, so you naturally crave more!. Talk to your gym teacher, and they can explain the whole process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

need veggies and whole grains, fruit, lean meats, low fat dairy
