I just bought the Herbalife Shapeworks Ultimate Program and I was wondering if anybody knew hot to take it!? Is there a certain order I should take these or a certain time!? Thank You!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no basically for breakfast what ever time you eat breakfast you have you shake and replace either lunch or dinner which ever you choose i recommend dinner since that when we tend to eat more and thats basically it you would replace you meals whenever you would eat actual food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
