Hello, I would like to know if anyone has done the Lemonade diet, where you fast for however many days!. Did this work for you!? I bought the book, but i'm hesitant to start!. I've heard good and bad things, the good things where mostly from the book, of course!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to spend MOST of the Summer locked in your Bathroom- go for it! But it's NOT a diet any one in their Right Mind- would recommend! :0Www@Answer-Health@Com
