What is a good homade drink for workouts?!
Question: What is a good homade drink for workouts!?
I don't have any protein powder or anything like that, I can get fruits or nuts though!.Also when should I drink it!? before or after a workout!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 banna
Handfull of nuts
Few scoops of honey
Half a pint of milk
Drink about 15 mins before work out
Then have another as soon after your work out as you can!.
Remember that you need to be having lots of small meals a day if you want to build muscle these meals need to have lots of protein, so meat, nuts etc!. should all be involved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
