Question: I am overweight and depressed i want to lose weight desperately!?
i have a injury to my leg so cannot run etc but will bike riding help and i am not eating through teh day then eating at nyt please someone give me advice i am stuck completely i just want to lose a few stione by september (hol time) and have tryed healthy eating and the gym and they did nothing!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

losing weight will not make you happy!.!.!. you need to feel happy from the inside!.!.!. lose weight to be healthy!.!.!. don't starve yourself because you would start looking sick which isn't sexy at all!.!.!. I recommend drinking a bottle of water before anything you eat!.!. it will make you full faster!.!.!. and water is good for the skin and body!.!.!. Your problem is that you just "tried" healthy eating and the gym!. You have to do it on a regular basis to get your metabolim going!. You can look at my YA profile and the first link in the about me section will tell you a 11 week program for working out and eating right!. Your stuck completely because what you are currently doing , eating wrong and not working out will never work for anyone and just leads to depression and stagnation in life!.

I lost 50 lbs on the program!. You can too!.!.!. if your really desperate!. It works if you just do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your best bet would be to change how you eat!. Instead of another fad diet, actually change HOW you are eating!. So instead of a burger opt for the chicken breast (the one that is NOT fried)!.

If you have the money, join something!. No not a gym!. Join the zoo or the museum!. You will feel obligated to use the membership, and it is more likely to keep you going instead of the gym!. There are tons more things to look at, and if you get the right membership you may even be able to bring a friend!.

Oh and eating at night is a HUGE mistake!. Because night is when you are least active and all those calories just sit on you!. During the DAY is when you should make sure to eat!. That way you burn off the calories!. I would try to not eat after 7pm!. That way your sure to burn off what you ate!.
