IM A 15 YEAR OLD!. AT THE MOMENT I AM SKINNY AND ABOUT 5FT!. I WANT TO BECOME BIGGER AND MORE MUSCLY BUT I WANT TO KNOW HOW I CAN DO THAT WITHOUT AFFECTING MY GROWTH!. AT HOME I HAVE PUSH-UP BARS, WEIGHTS, WEIGHT BENCH, TRAMPOLINE AND VAROUS EXERCISE TECHNIQUES!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry to disagree with the above but weightlifting stunting growth is a myth; so long as you lift with correct posture and technique you should be fine!. Make sure that you do a split routine e!.g;
Day1: Back and triceps
Day2: Shoulders and legs
Day3: Chest and biceps!.
Make sure you only work each bodypart once a week, this ensures that the muscles will recover and thus get bigger! Fit your abs in once a week with one of your weights workouts!. You can use your press ups and overhand grip pull ups for your back!. Do as musch exercises such as push ups and pull ups etc!. if you do not want to affect your growth!. Also try not to work out too intense!. Also work out 3 times a week, Monday!. Wednesday and Friday and have the weekend free or for cardio!. If you are going to weight-train get as much cardio in as you can so at least then you are healthy and your heart will not have to take as much pressure!. Have a high protein, low fat diet and have a protein shake straight after training as this will encourage your growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should avoid weight lifing as that affects your growth!. As you are only 15 year old you should use your own body weight as excercising!. If you do Press ups in 10 sets and do about 20 a day!.
