Question: Where can i find the energy to do some exercise when i get home :(!?

do it before you leave home, by the end of the day your energy is drained and you just want a rest trust me, i wake up early and do a half hour exercise course at home and then get ready for work and go!.!.!.it proper brightens up my day! you should try it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not sit down - that will be the end of any thought of exercise! Go for a walk as soon as you get in, or if not possible, go immediately after dinner!. Walking is the only exercise that I can get myself motivated to do, and my kids come along too on their scooters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
