Passing out after weight lifting, will it cancle out the work you did?!

Question: Passing out after weight lifting, will it cancle out the work you did!?
I worked out my best since I hadn't been in the gym a while, well at least in public (I lift at home)!. Since It was a full gym I blew throw everything at my new usual weight and was doing good, and tryed not to have too much idle time!. Anyway by the time it was all said and done, I didn't quite pass out but I fell cold sweat, and essentially collapsed, after I went to the restroom to wash my face!. I lied and sat in a weird possetion for about 10 minutes, and mustered courage to move again only to be downed for another 10, then I slowly regained feeling over the next 20 minutes and didn't feel to bad!.

The next day (today) I was uber soar, which I haven't been in two years, because I all together dropped taking ibeprofine n pain killers!. The soarness didn't make sense, because my calves hurt the most and I only did leg press for the legs everything else was arms!.!.

Anyway, will this set me back, or not even do anything for me at all!? Far as the feeling weak for 40 minutes!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Soreness after a hard workout is common due to lactic acid build up in muscles, caused by anaroebic respiration brought on by low oxygen intake during vigorous exercise!. As far as the passing out, or nearly so, I would encourage you to see a sports physician, or even a family physician!. There may be an underlying medical condition causing this or you may simply be overdoing it for your fitness level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cold sweat, passing out!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Sounds like a heart attack to me

So yeah, death will cancel out the workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com

you pushed yourself really hard, drink lots of water and i don't understand if your using painkillers or not!? try and avoid painkillers but something like anti-inflammatory drugs are good for reducing cool down times for the gym, make sure your getting enough protein!. if you have been doing weights for 2 years you should really know this type of stuff!.

This does not set you back!.!.!. you worked your body as hard as you can in a very short time!. plus if you feel sick like that have a chuck if you can i find it helps you get back on your feet faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
