How can i maintain a healthy diet and weight?!


Question: How can i maintain a healthy diet and weight!?
i keep eating to much and i'm putting on alot of weight!. i know im unhealthy and i want to sort it!.

i'm 15 and weigh 145lbs!. i want to tone my muscles aswel so it doesn't lose elasticity!. can i have some advice please!?

For a start it doesnt matter if you eat to much, you just have to make sure you eat the right foods and a good variety of it!. I was asking this question to all my friends a couple of months ago, and after taking advice it didnt mean i had to give up my favourite sweet things!.

Jogging is a good idea, i started by running round my area for about 15 mins every night and when i didnt have time, i just made sure that i didnt stuff myself with high fat products!. Brisk walks are even really good, you can burn a lot with just walking!

Dont forget to eat breakfast because its really good for toning up as it starts of your metabolism!.

Hot lemon in the morning is really good too as it clears out your system and gets everything moving and working top tip!. It helped me!

20 sit ups, 20 plunges and a 20 min jog every night along with a good diet and you will start to notice the difference!.

You should make a meal plan that is reasonable enough to crave your hunger but not starve yourself in the process!. That meal plan could be three meals a day and a few small snacks depending on what your nutritional needs are!. Be sure to incorporate plenty of water, fruits, and vegetables!.

In addition to eating healthy, you should exercise on a regular basis!. Diet and exercise varies from person to person, see a nutritionist for a better recommendation that would be tailored to your specific needs and goals!.

read every thing on computer about weight lose!.!. i thought doctor was being funny ,said all you need in bread is 1 piece,,
sandwich,,meals, soda's total out,,,,water is your main drink!.!.

Half of anything you would eat before now!.!.!.wife i don't think likes it,,but we split a meal,,won't hurt her to lose some!.!.

you dont want to have 16 pack abs like a dude, so excercise everyday to get your body's "natural glow!." Then, start checking the labels of what you eat!. Remenber, try to eat foods with around 40-50 calories from gat!. try to have low amounts of sugar , fructose corn syrup, oils, and sweets!. if u like soda, make a goal to cut down on it!. same with chocolate!. hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

well the celebs say try this
eat lots of little meals throughout the day instead of three BIG ones
Have snacks BUT MAKE THEM TINY and don't cut back to Many calories
sometimes when you cut back calories u cut back vitamins and protein

One!. Cut down on fatting food
Two!. Exercise
Then you make it more fun by doing it with friends!.
Run on a treedmeel <-----SP in front of a tv
even go on a diet website and find delicous food

Do sit ups and crunches for 6 minutes a day!. Try to control your eating habits!. Once you keep doing it you'll find it easier to stick to!.
