What are some calorie/fat free foods???

I'm not over weight, i'm about 5 foot, 100 pounds. I have been this way since i was 14 (24 now) but i'm always bloated casue I over eat ALOT, i always feel hungry and feel like i need to eat, my stomach is flat in the morning and bloated really bad at night all the time, but i'm more worried about packing on the pounds in the near future. And i wanna get back in shape, Any suggestions on any foods i can snack away on that won't make me gain any weight? or even better not bloated?


Answers:

Veggies and fruit are great snacks. Celery and green apples end up burning more calories than they carry through digestion. All fruits and veggies have vitamins, minerals, and fiber. You won't gain weight by eating lots of veggies for sure.

Nuts are great as well - random handfuls (not tonnes though) are awesome.

If you're a bread eater like me, make sure you eat whole-wheat, multigrain, etc. - This goes for rice and pasta as well. If you do this, you'll feel fuller, longer.

Whole grain snack bars are good too in moderation. Be sure to check the label though for fat and sugar content. Another good-er is low-cal yogurts... but, once again, check the label!

Sometimes the "hunger feeling" feels the same as thirst. I didn't believe this until I started drinking A LOT more water.

Always feeling hungry and over-eating are two different things. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you are satisfied... eat when you're hungry again! Your stomach shouldn't hurt once you're done eating, but you should feel like you've had enough.

You probably know all of this already, but refreshers can be good! Keep your chin up - sounds like you have a high metabolism if you've been overeating for years and haven't gained! So if you're worried about your weight in the future, start kickin into better living habits --- both what and how you eat, physical activity, and ways of de-stressing.
