How can i help a friend loose weight quick?!


Question: How can i help a friend loose weight quick!?
I have a friend/sister thats weight 350lbs, and have tried to loose weight!. She works 50plus hours a week on her feet in retail, has fasted for many days, taking diet pills, giving up fried foods (she grills alot now) even giving up drinking pop and juice for the last 12yrs (she only drinks water), plus she excisers 3times a week for 30min!. I have joined her in some of her endivers such as nolonger drinking pop but I decided to stick with 100% juice and water, working out with her and watching what I eat to help support her, but short of surgery (which she don't want)!. According to her doctor she is completely healthy!. NO sugar problem, no high blood pressure!. She is so beauty 5'8, marry and get all the support she needs from her husband but her weight is like all she talks about and I can tell she starting to get depress and can't get no relief and i'm out of ideas!. tell her to eat Breakfast!. That is #1!. Eat healty foods!. like low sodium, low fat Ham or turkery sliced fresh from deli!. Use Aunt Millies 35 calorie per slice bread!. It's Aunt millies whole grain!. Most bread is 75 or 80 calories for just one slice!. Stay away from High fructose corn syrup!. High Fructose is one of the worst ingrediants for someone trying to loose weight!. Eat all the fresh fruit and veggies she wants!. I have battled with my weight for years!. I was getting bigger and bigger!. Tell her to stop getting stressed!. Stress will keep the weight on!. Another thing to trick her mind, tell her to come home from work and work out right away and say to herself,"I'm still at work after this workout, I can relax"!. Tell her to STAY AWAY FROM SALT!. Salt Makes the body maintain Water!. I was 187lbs!. in Feb!. Now it's may and I'm down to 163 lbs!. All of my co-workers are constantly givving me compliments!. Tell her to try Soy Milk and Cheerios (multigrain or Honeynut if she likes sweet)!. Be careful of low fat!. For example I was at the veding machine trying to find the healthiest snack, I got Kellogs granola and guess what it said low fat but it had that worst ingrediant HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!. I threw them away right away!. If she has a dog, tell her to try to walk the dog!. You'd be surprise how far you can walk when you are occupied with the dog!. I hope this helped!. She has to keep her heart rate up which will speed up her metobolism!. It will take a month or so but after that she will start feeling more and more energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some diet programs have you jumpstart by only drinking a protein shake for breakfast and afternoon snack and only eating salad with oil/vinegar dressing for the other two meals!. You only do this for the first 3 days, but it does help the weight come off quickly!. On the 4th - 7th days, each regular food but smaller portions!. She could repeat this for a few weeks to get started, but not long-term because she wouldn't get enough nutrients!.

Sometimes eatting too little or not enough will stall weightloss!. Pills are a no no and fasting is BAD!. Fruit juice is all sugar! Switch to whole grains and ground turkey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's "lose" (not loose) and I'd suggest she count calories and find out exactly what she consumes per day!. If she cuts at least 500 calories a day out of her typical diet, she can lose 1 lb a week (by just doing that)!.

If she can up her activity to at least 5 days a week, and try to get up to 1 hr a day, then that'll be more calories she burns!. The more intense the cardio, the more calories burned!.!.!.if she also does strength training that'll help tone her muscles and increase her metabolism!.

Skipping meals is a no-no!. Fasting is a no-no!. Taking diet pills is a no-no!. These things give quick, short term results but don't last in the long run and typically people end up putting back on more weight than they originally lost!.

She should be eating lots of lean meats, fruits and veggies, complex carbs (nothing white!.!.!.no white rice, white potatoes, white bread, pasta made with white flour, or white sugar)!.!.!.whole grain products, brown rice, sweet potatos, etc are the good carbs!. Add to that healthy fats (like that found in nuts and fish), and lots of water and thats a life long eating plan a person can be on indefinitely!.!.!.!.it shouldbe a lifestyle, not just a diet!. ?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask why she isn't but here are some good tips

? Eat every three hours a meal the size of her first!.

? Drink 7 glasses of water

? Incress exceriseing (like add 10 more minutes each week)

? Eat food in little bites

? Don't take any pills; they can mess you up sometimes

? Don't eat after 7:00 pm (becuase your body is sutting down)

? Don't Stress

But if that dosn't help she could get the surgery where they tie a tube around your somach witch makes you less hungry so you can lose weight; my friend did that and lost 75 pounds in 4 months!.
