How to loose 40lbs in one month?!


Question:

How to loose 40lbs in one month?

i know that this is like totally impossible but i really need help. i need to loose weight so that i can be ready for the intensity of cheerleading volleyball and softball!! HHHHHEEEELLLLLPPPPPP
i heard yoga was good but i suck at yoga...i cant make a fliping tree out of my body? wut the hell i need something real!!!!
is there any like tape or video that kicks butt?? if so plZ help.


Answers:

this isn't exactly healthy for your body.
but you should also know that muscle weights more then fat.
so if you work out and build muscle you will most likely gain weight or loose a little weight, but you will see the results.
so if you wanna see results you will have to stick to a strict diet. don't fall for any of those fad diets. stick with these rules and you will be fine.
1. don't eat or drink anything out of a can or bag. (chips, candy, soda, and other garbage)
2. eat 5-6 small healthy meals. SMALL (some rice and beans, veggie delight 6 inch subway sandwich, a bowl of fruits, and other similar stuff)
3. take a multivitamin.
4. jog everynight (stretch)
5. load up with water. drink a glass before and after each meal.

also if you have access to a gym it would help to do a little weight training, if you loose weight and gain muscle, it will be easy to maintain your weight (you wont gain it back quick like those other fad diets)

but you have to stick to the diet, don't cheat
