Need to lose some weight any advice?!


Question: Need to lose some weight any advice!?
im sick and tired of my dad callin me fat
you can barely tell im 20lbs over weight cause most of it goes to my butt
im only 4'11 so its hard to keep weight off!.
any suggestions on what i could do
eating habits!.!.!.!.work out habits
does dancing to hip hop songs for half an hour help!?!?

Well, you should not lose weight because of someone else, you should lose it because YOU want to lose it!.
The best way to lose is to cut your calories, taking in betweeh 1200 to 1500 per day!.
Exercise at least 30 minutes 6 days per week!.!.!. anything from fast walking, dancing, running, etc!. One pound equals 3500 calories!. A safe loss is about 2 pounds per week!. Your 1st week will be the most weight loss because it is fluid coming off!.
The more you exercise, the faster the weight will come off, and the better you will feel!. Eat lots of proteins, fruits, veggies, and stay away from sugars and carbohydrates, and you should do fine!. A big part of weight loss if frame of mind - so if you are not fully ready to commit, you will not do well!. But YOU can do it!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
