Question: Suggestions on getting fit!? I weigh 125, but need to tighten! :o)!?
I am a 23 year old female, I'm 5'4" and weigh 125-128!. I have always been athletic!. But I need to get back into shape and I want that flat stomach!

I go to the gym almost every day and only eat about 1200 calories a day!. Except for my one cheat day a week! I do cardio for at least 30 minutes-run outside, treadmill, eliptical, bike, swim!. And I do weights every 3 days or so!.

But nothing seems to ever change and its been 3 months!. HELP ME PLZ!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reason I think is because your workouts aren't intense enough!. Instead of just 30 minutes, increase it to an hour or intense cardio!. In terms of weights, you need to be doing those for 30 to 40 minutes at least everyday!.

Running and swimming are the two best ways to get a flat, toned stomach!. Try tensing your stomach muscles when you run, it'll give them an extra workout and help tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
