Strict diet & exercise everyday!.
My Dad was 200 pounds at just 5'5"
In 3 months, he was 160 only coz' his doctor said if doesn't do it & make a choice, he will have to open up his chest & operate on his heart & prepare $40,000 for the entire bi-pass operational costs!.
1!. No sugar, no salt
2!. 3 very light meals a day
3!. Whenever hungry, drink lots of plain mineral water!. No colas nor juices!.
4!. Substitute fresh fruits (slices only) or vegetables for snacks & No junk foods!.
5!. Eat fish instead of meat & pork!.
6!. Steam foods instead of fried stuffs!.
7!. Play tennis, swimming, jog, gym weights everyday
It was a success & saved us $49T as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

To achieve any weight loss, you really need to excercise and eat an overall healthy diet that consist of complex carbohydrates (whole wheat foods that would be great for fiber and needed nutrients), lean protein to help build muscles and repair your body, and good amounts of fat for energy and needed nutrients the body needs that your body cannot create on its own!.
If you try interval cardio training and some weight lifting/resistance training, not only will you lose weigh, but you will also help your body become more leaner and tone looking and your core will become stronger!.
It is good that you are thinking about trying some types of cardio that you may like such as walking, biking and skating!. These new habits introducted into your life will help to intially burn soem calories, but you will need to also make sure you eat healthy!. Also try to change you your cardio from time to time to challenge yourself and to avoid hitting a plateau such as jogging, hiking, swimming!.
Try doing some ab work and don't forget to work out your obliques (your "love handles")
Also because muscle does weigh more than fat, you may be heavier essentially, but leaner too!. Eventually the more muscles you will build, the more weight you can burn!. More muscles will help you burn more calories at rest!. And then eventually the fat/weight will come off!.!.!. but everything takes time!. Remember, it is possible to be leaner and stronger, but weight more!. But don't give up and stay motivated!.!.!. we all hit plateus!. Also remember, that every one is a different individual and that we all lose weight from different places at different times!. Your body choses when it is time, just be patience!.
And please note that if you try to lose a lot of weigh in a short amount of time, your body will really go through some health problems!. Some risks could be that your hair may grown thinner, your periods may not be regular anymore (which is not a good thing), and your stomach system will be working slower, etc!.
Realistically, if you lose weigh the heathy way, then 1 to 2 pounds per week is a reasonable amount per week!. Anything more, may be due to water loss or you have decided to go the other route and lose weigh by starving yourself!.
Remember that the number on the scale doesn't define you!.!.!. you define you!. The scale can't tell you how great you look in your jeans or how you feel!.!.!. so don't rely so heavily on that scale!. Our bodies's weight constantly fluctuates all the time!.!.!. so it isn't always so reliable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did it!. Just bust your butt working out!. Get a gym membership and watch what you eat!. Actually count calories (but don't eat stuff that says it is healthy like "light" or anything like that because of all the chemical garbage they put in it) eat yogurt and stuff like that!. I've lost about 30 pounds in like 4 or 5 months, and I wasnt a super huge guy to begin with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pls be realistic to start!.!.!.can you put on 35lbs in 3 months !.!.!.no
why would it be that easy lol you can lose 2lbs a month of nateral weight lose !.!.sorry that is the truth!. If you are hard core and only eat veggies and water that maybe with shave you down a ton!. so you will look good and run 2 miles a day!. that is by far the best advise I am doing 2 lbs a month so running became my thing !.!.I am a lazy nerd but I love music so that works on the hamster wheel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's expensive, but if you are serious, then get a trainer and stick to it! they will teach you things and keep you driven!.!.!.eventually you won't need them anymore!. Also change the way you eat, that doesn't mean that you have to starve yourself, just try eating more reasonable portions and don't eat things that you know you shouldn't!. oh and try adding more physical activities in your life it makes weight loss more fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
