How many miles should i run if i wanna lose 50 pounds in 3 in a half months?
i weight 230 my heights 5'6 am 16 yrs old.
and im eating right.and doing cardio just started,.

So that should be approx half a pound a day... You should start off with as much as you can handle, and slowly build up as you get more fit. You don't need to be running the whole time, just make sure you keep moving at a good pace. Try maybe two miles every other day, speed walking/running. You need to rest every other day as it allows the muscle you were tearing while exercising to rebuild. Also consider speed walking as studies have shown it is just as beneficial as running, but not as hard on your knees.
Diet is also important, make sure to drink a TON of water, as it will keep your system cleared out and suppress hunger a bit.
