Question: How do i lose 35 lbs in a month!?
Answers:
First of all, what is your usual diet!? How often and how much do you eat!? What kinds of food do you eat!? How much excercise do you get/How active are you!?
Tips:
1!. Before you eat, read the nutrition labels!. They're there for a reason! and make sure you don't go over 2000 calories a day!. (What I do is that I only eat snacks/foods that are 200 calories or less!. Avoid the ones that are more than 200)!.
2!. Salads/vegetables are good for you!. However, you still need meat (for proteins)!. Eat white meat only (ex: pork, chicken, fish) and avoid all red meat (beef and especially bacon)!.
3!. Avoid food with too much saturated fats!. They're harder for the stomache to break down and will therefore cause fat bellies!. (ex: cookies, whole milk, muffins/baked goods, fries, bacon, red meat, butter, yolk, etc)
4!. Eat more fruits and drink lots of water!.
5!. Japanese and chinese foods are the healthiest, especially Japanese!. If you're not into the whole raw thing, there's still cooked sushi!. They contain rice and are therefore more filling with just a couple of bites!. DO NOT EAT ANY FAST FOODS!!!!
6!. Exercise for at least 20 mintues minimum, 1 hr max everyday and increase the time everytime you exercise!. For ex: 1st day=15 min, 2nd=20 min, 3rd=25 min, etc!.
7!. AVOID ALL DEEP FRIED FOODS!!! and eat fat-free snacks!!!!

6!. Dance Dance Revolution!!!! Great way to have fun, excercise, AND burn all those calories at the same time!!!!
7!. EAT FOOD THAT HAVE LOTS OF FIBER!!!! (Fiber's the nutrient that makes you feel full!. If you're eating lots and lots of food and still feel hungry, it's because there's not enough fiber!. Plus! Fiber will help if you're constipated!.)

you dont!. about 5-10 pounds a month is the only healthy way that will be easiest to keep it off!. Crash diets where you lose 30-40 pounds slow down your metabolism and also cause you to always be hungry all the time making it impossible to keep weight off!. The best way to lose it healthily is to cut out 250 calories by exercise and 250 by diet per day to lead to about 5 pounds a monthWww@Answer-Health@Com

The reason severly obese people can lose that much that quick, is because they are so overweight!.

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!. It's unhealthy to lose that much weight at a time, I wouldn't recommend any extremist diets!. You'd probably have to eat very little and exercise freakishly, and then as soon as you stopped the weight would just come back anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
