Motivation pleaaaaase?!


Question: Motivation pleaaaaase!?
I'm starting a new diet!.!.!.no, a new healthy lifestyle tomorrow and i'm in need of some motivation!. i have reasons for doing this, to lose weight, tone up, feel more confident but it seems to me that that isn't enough motivation!
any advice/tips you have would be appreciated :)

just start it without thinking about it just do it the more you think about it the higher chances of you not doing it so just do no questions asked and it will be second nature in no time!

If you've a digital camera, take some photos of yourself in your swimsuit before you begin and tape them to the fridge door!. New take more photos every couple of weeks and tape them to the fridge door too, so you have a very visible time line of your progress!.!.!.

Set yourself some quantifiable, achievable goals, ie, I want to lose 15lbs (setting a timespan is less important)!.

Set yourself some qualitative goals, ie I want to be able to be able to go to the pool and be proud in the knowledge that I look good!

*Goals by the way are where you want to be, not how you intend to get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you live near water or have a pool!? if you do put your bathing suit in the open near the food!. this way you look at it and say you want to look good in it!. its a little extra help when you wanna snack!. or make a little chart for you to see in your bedroom!. keep track of you weight and your goals and how much your loosing!. it'll help you stay motivated wanna to hit it and circle that you got there!. do it weekly syai wanna loose 2 pounds this week or however many etc!. and at the end of the month have a goal and try and meet it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
