What would be the best work out plan for me to work on my biceps, chest?!


Question: What would be the best work out plan for me to work on my biceps, chest!?

Hi, the above answer's bicep workout is a great one!. One thing i would say though is that you should not just concentrate on your chest and biceps (the traditional beach muscles)!. If you really want to stand out from the crowd, you will need a good rounded physique!. Also, it is worth noting that 70% of your arm is your tricep, so make sure you train these if you want big, muscular, defined arms!.
Another thing i would say is that you should never work each body part more than once a week!. This is because your muscles are not growing whilst they are in the gym but actually while they are resting!. When you workout, you are, in effect, breaking down muscle tissue and your muscles overcompensate for this by growing bigger and more defined than before, AFTER you have worked out!.
AS I said, work the whole body, here is a split routine you could do;
Day1: Back and triceps
Day2: Shoulders, legs and abs
Day3: Chest and biceps
Go to www!.dumbbell-exercise!.com, there are dumbbell exercises for all bodyparts, click on exercises in the top right hand corner, including concentration curls for biceps etc!.

Bicep Strengthening
Sit on a chair and hold a dumbbell weight in the hand of the arm to be exercised!. Rest the forearm of that arm on your thigh!. Keeping the elbow steady as the pivot point of the exercise, slowly bend the elbow so that the weight comes up toward your face!. Slowly lower the weight back down to the starting level!. Repeat this exercise 20 times with a 30 second rest after ten repetitions!.
Benching is the best exercise for your chest!. It does use arm muscles to an extent because they support the weight
