Answers:

Start very light, I would say 5 lbs is safe, with anywhere from 20 to 30 repetitions for each set (do 3 sets for each exercise). I would start off with three basic exercises...A STANDING BAR CURL (self explanatory) , PREACHER CURLS (at a gym you can just ask for a preacher curl station or machine. At home rest your elbow in the inside of your thigh, and curl one arm at a time), and last HAMMER CURLS (once again standing take two dumbbells and alternate curling, from one arm to the next, keeping the bar bells vertical instead of the normal horizontal position. Extending in Bicep exercises is very important as to hit the full range of the muscle (for the best look and strength). Your first time you should work with lighter weight than you can handle, as you will definitely feel it the next day. After your first few "sore sessions" you can begin to increase the weight, keeping your reps between about 8 to 10 for size, 15-20 for definition and "burn out" each time. It is also very important to keep stretching the biceps for the next couple day, as not stretching can cause you some serious pain from the lactic acid build up.

These three exercises will give your arms width, length, and depth. Good luck! and Remember....No PAIN, No GAIN!!!
