Hey, i would like to do P90x but i don't have anywhere to do chin-ups!. is there a similar product that you don't have to do chin-ups on!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any door frame can hold a chin-up bar!. However if you are using the bands, I rigged a hook into a ceiling beam and put the bands through the hook!. This way I can do pull downs, which is a similar exercise!.

I have yet to find a program that is similar!. You can find chin up bars just about anywhere online or a sports store!. They can attach to standard door frames!.
That being said, I don't use a chin up bar!. I use different resistance bands!. This enables me to do just about every exercise that you can do with P90X!. There is an attachment you buy from the website that will help you use bands against doors!.
