The general idea is good, just remember that you'r body doesn't really begin to burn calories until about the 30 min mark when doing cardio, so doing 45 min straight is better than two 15min sessions!. Doing upper body one day and lower body the next gives a more sufficiant recooperation time, and doing abs everyday is a good idea!. Just be sure that you are changing the types and tempos in which all of your excersises are done!. You don't want your body to become immune to the conditioning process!. i like to pair the muscles differently than you have listed!. i do chest and triceps on day 1, back and biceps on day 2, shoulders on day 3, and legs on day 4!. then i take 2 days off!.!.!.!. i also have done chest on day 1, back on day 2, arms on day 3, legs on day 4, and shoulders on day 5 with 2 days off!. both routines allow me to train each body part at least once per week, which gives me enough time to recover from the previous workout!. there is no magic formula, play around with it and find what works for you!.!. feel free to email me with any questions if you like and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok but kind of complicated
I do abs and legs one day
and upper body the next
and keep repeating
works for meWww@Answer-Health@Com
