Ive eaten 5 bananas today is that bad? why is too many bad?!


Question: Ive eaten 5 bananas today is that bad!? why is too many bad!?
i love them and i know i shouldnt have that many a day but today without realising ive had 5, 4 in smoothies and 1 normal!.

do they constipate you!?and is it too much pottasium or something!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is not that bad but if you trying to watch your weight you probably need to cut down your addiction to banana's =)
As they all said before me it will prob give u a bit gas but you will be fine the next day!. YOu do however also need to watch out for the sugar banana's contain!. As i said if you are trying to watch your weight you don't want to get too many kcal from carbs, and one banana not only contain about 120 kcal but it also contain 30grams of carbs!! which is a lot!. So time that by 5 and you will get what you need throughout a whole day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it can, and might give you a constipation the next day, but you'll live to tell about it!.!.!. LOL!.!. and yes, bananas have potassium in them!.!. but not too much as a lethal dose!.!. because too much (like medically speaking) potassium can also kill you!.!. in lethal injections, one of the 3 drugs they give is potassium, which causes the heart to stop! but goin back with your bananas, 5 aint that much to make you worry about it, i wont kill you, it might give you constipations if consumed way too much, but again its not as much for it to be lethal!.!.!.unless you eat truck loads of it!.!.!.!. too much pottasium is bad for your heart!. just don't eat any more bananas today and you'll be fine!. however, if your heart or chest starts to hurt, see your doctor IMMEDIATELY!. i think they may constipate you but mainly apples do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bananas do not contain enough potassium to injure your heart!. You may get some wicked gas but that's all individual!. I love bananas and could eat them all day but a large banana has around 120 calories in it and I'm trying to watch that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are extremely high in sugar and will give you an insulin spike which ultimately triggers your body to store fat!.!.

First thing in themorning or immediate post workout wiould be the best time to consume these bannanasWww@Answer-Health@Com

Opposite of constipation!. :s
If you balance them out with carbohydrates and stuff like digestive biscuits you should be okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
