Question: What are some good ways to cut your appetite down!?
Ok so I started out sixteen years old, 4'11 and 103 pounds!. I know, I know! I'm short!. Which is why I feel fat!. If I was like 5'3 and 103 I'd be fine, but anyway!.!. I'm down to 100 pounds, it's been like 5 days I believe!. But I need help getting my appetite down!. Are there any pills or low calorie foods you can eat!? I can only have 350 calories a day!. Keep that in mind please!.

I don't think you're crazy for wanting to diet!. I'm 5'7" but you and I have the same BMI!. I'm sure you look great now but you can afford to lose a few pounds because you're short!. I don't know your frame size, but if it's small- 92-95 pounds, medium frame 97-102 pounds!. I don't understand why you think you can only have 350 calories though, to lose weight you need around 1200 calories, and 1600 calories to maintain the weight you are now!. I have read that Hoodia is a good appetite suppressant!. The prescription Adipex is good but most doctors only prescribe it to people who are obese!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YOU ARE NOT FAT!.
You should REALLY get your BMI checked!.
350 calories a day IS NOT ENOUGH!.
2000 calories a day for a normal person!!!
I would suggest at LEAST 1300 calories!.
350 is simply not enough for a person to run on!
If you feel fat, you should be more active!.

Always drink a glass of water before you eat!. It will keep you from over-eating, and will get you just the right amount of food!. Other than that, eat healthy, and only when you are hungry!. You should drink whole milk, and take a multi-vitamin EVERYDAY!.

I cannot stress how much you need to eat 1300 calories a day!.

350 calories is by no means enough calories per day, you are starving yourself!. 103-113 is the weight range for your height!. You also should be consuming 1800-2200 calories per day to stay healthy at your age!.

100 lbs is not fat nor is 105 or 110 !.!.!. small children weigh more than you!. I wish you girls with eating disorders would get some help!.

You CANNOT eat 350 calories a day and survive! Your organs will fail, your hair will fall out and you will die, and it wont be pretty!.

You cant even think properly because your not eating enough calories to support brain function so I dont know why we waste time on you people!.
