Question: My shoulder blades stick out way too much, what exercises can build up muscle there!?
a lot of my weight goes on my lower stomach and my top body looks so skinny and boney but im a healthy weight!. my shoudle rblades stick out so much its awkward when i sit on a wooden chair or something!.
i dont have back problems or anything ive been checked, just not fat goes there at all, and i have no muscle really!. what exercises can i do to strength my upper back!?!? and stop them sticking out so much! it looks horrible!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, in regards to shoulders, all you need is a set of dumbbells with a weight that you are comfortable with!. You can perform lateral raises, frontal raises and shoulder presses to gain extra shoulder muscle (go to www!.dumbbell-exercise!.com if you need to look up these, click on exercises at top right hand corner)
As for upper back, you can perform single arm rows, upright rows and shrugs all with dumbbells to gain some muscle in your trapezius major and lattisimus dorsi (the main upper back muscles) Again these exercises are better seen than explained so if you do not know them, give them a search and you will find diagrams etc!.
