Question:

I've stopped losing weight!...plateau?

is that what it's called? i've lost over 30 lbs in 4 months and i've been stuck weighing at the same weight for 2 weeks now. I need to lose 10-15 more lbs! I actually gained a pound a couple days ago. but people say it's probboly from muscle?? I've been doing the same excersise-jogging for 30-40 min 5 times a week. my diet is the same. how can i start losing weight again?

you answered it yourself by saying youve been doing the same exercise. you have to shock the body into weight loss try aerobics, cycling or swimming, or some explosive intinse movements such as circuit. quick tip: using larger muscles compared to smaller burns up to 45% more calories (legs,cycling)
