Is roughing it out when soar actually the best thing to do?!


Question: Is roughing it out when soar actually the best thing to do!?
No pills or anything, just water and stretching, and let the soarness from an exercise stick around!. I'm not talking about injuries or things being broken!. I just mean after a really good work out, or even a sports practice!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being sore is good!. That means you really worked out your muscles and they are full of the acid your body releases while doing strenuos activity!.

Stretch before and after a workout!. The next day, as you are sore, stretch again!. The acid is still in the muscles and needs be able to move!. Stretch them out and move them around and the soreness will go away!.

You should not do that strenuous of a workout 2 days in a row though!. However, just stretching and moving will make a world of difference!. Also optimal nutrition and water will cause you to ache less too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and I have crushed my ankle twice and refused the advice of docs- and went walking with it anyhow- dragged the leg around- cause the pain was almost unbearable just sitting around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
