i bench and curl 3x a week,please give me excercise routines in full expolanation,to gain mass all around.Bassically a workout routine,not much cardio, heres an avereage day of what i eat im 5,7 150lbs b 3eggs 1 pound of scrabble 4 piece of whole wheat toast l 3 jr bacon chbugers from wendys and medium frys d a ham steak a huge portion of mashed patatoes
