Question: How can i get rock hard abs!?!?
i'm a girl, skinny, tall, athletic
i play 3 varsity sports (track, basketball, volleyball)
so i'm not fat obviosly lol
and this past weekend i went to the avp beach volleyball tournement and those girls are ripped!!! whats a fast (and easy if that exists haha) way to get a 6-pack!?!?!?

If you have any extra flab on your stomach, slim that down by doing jogs!. Then, put stress in your abs and challenge yourself to go over your limit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when your running or doing cardio suck in your stomach!. try to keep your posture!. if your running on a machine, dont hold onto the bars!. doing all this helps define your abs and eliminates your love handles!. it also defines the arch in your lower back makin ur a$$ look nice ;)

i heard that if you act like your holding a string and pulling in on your stomach and out for a minute every day!.!.!.it can help you get abs, it worked for me!Www@Answer-Health@Com
the same way as everyone else!. do workouts that get all the muscles of your stomach area, like side curls and regular situps!. i think those girls with the defined abs look freaky!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try do curls up which are wen you put ur ankles over each other and lay o your back and bring your chest up to your knees remember to put ur ankles in the air!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wood just go to the gym and do abs classes!. and like every night b4 u go to bed to 50 or so crunches!.
