Need some help please?

i've got a problem with anxiety and food. i mean, at times i just can't control the amount of food i eat, and i think anxiety has a lot to do with it. i'm beginning to worry about it as it seems to become kind of anguishing, i need to eat more and more: my health is getting poorer and poorer and of course i'm gaining weight, and it is quite difficult to lose it, at least this time it costs me very much to lose weight.
other than that, the downer i feel about the weight i gain, the more frustrated i feel too, and the more i eat!!! it is just getting my nerves!! (sorry if my explanation isn's very good, i'm Spanish, but if you don't understand something, just let me know, pls). thanxx

Firstly, for a while, forget about losing weight and don't become too worried when you don't become slimmer. Start, instead, to tackle the anxiety. A great way to do this is to ask your intuitive mind to help you before you go to sleep and write down whatever you learn or dream, straight away when you wake up every morning. Consciously, we are limited, yet there is always the part of us that is powerful and that is our intuitive or unconscious mind. Listen to it and perhaps learn self-hypnosis or meditation techniques ( I have a blog that details methods you can use for self-hypnosis: http://countdowntopublication.blogspot.c... ). Also, find out your blood type and see http://www.dadamo.com to learn more about how you can raise your serotonin levels and eat a diet to help anxiety. Perhaps just a multivitamin would help. If you are Blood Group "O" eating protein helps a lot to regulate mood and even helps you lose weight, for example. Make sure you drink plenty of water (best half an hour before you eat, to decrease your appetite) and exercise - but ideally suitably for your blood type. It may seem strange, but it works!
