Does lemon juce help to relive hunger...since there's this thing called a lemonade diet?
I thought that maybe just plain lemon juice from a bottle might do the same thing as the master cleanse does, with lemon, real maple syrup and cayenne . Will lemon juice help to relive my hunger a little bit?

No, hunger and thirst are two completely different mechanisms. If someone finds themselves full after drinking a large glass of water, its because they were thirsty, not hungry (many people mistake the two and that can cause weight gain). This diet, I don't care how well it works, is laughable. Its just not healthy.
The reason milk works is because it actually turns into a solid in your stomach. It is the only liquid that does this. But a milk-only diet is not healthy either!
