Tips to lose my belly pudge in 2 weeks?!


Question: Tips to lose my belly pudge in 2 weeks!?
Hi, I'm fairly slender but I have a bit of a beer belly, and I have an event in two weeks that I want to look my best for!.
I'm fairly fit- I strength train twice a week and jog twice a week!.
Any tips, tricks, anything that can help me lose this belly pudge FAST!?

eat some fruit and berries, or low fat yogurt
eat a salad with balsamic vinigerette, or lke a fruit
really good foods-
asparagus, beets, brocoli, cabbage,carrots, cauliflower, CELER, chicory, chili,peppers, cucumbers, enive, garlic, lettuce, onions, papayas, spinich, turnips, zuccini, apples, cranberries, grapefruit, lemons, mangos, oranges, pineapple, rassberries, strawberries, tangerines, bananas, green tea, and boiled eggs (they rock!!! lol)

so now just pick out some of the ones u really like in here and make a scedual!.

ps!. ecxersise, have some sweats ONCE IN A WHILE, find smething u really enjoy to get ur mind off food!.

Crunches, crunches and more crunches!! Don't forget your back muscles too!.!.!.!.you don't want to look hunched forward with your new tight tummy mucles!.

Try different variations of crunches too to get all the different muscles in your tummy!.
Lie on your back with legs lifted so that the souls of your feet are facing the ceiling and arms face down on the floor beside your bottom!.!.!.!.gently lift your bottom off the ground so your feet move towards the ceiling!. This is difficult if you're not use to it and you wont get much movement, but stick to it and your lower tummy flab will soon tone up!.

n!.b!. if you're already slim and eating a healthy diet low in fat and sugar, there isn't much point in trying to lose weight as you can't control where the weight will come off you,!.!.!.the best you can do it tone up! Also, slightly lowering your carb and increasing your protein intake can help you appear more toned!.

Keep calories under 1200 per day!.!.!.!.exercise every day!.!.!.!.especially abs!.!.!.!.you should go get an "Abs Only" dvd and do it morning and night for the next two weeks!. Eat oatmeal for breakfast!.!.!.yogurt for snack!.!.!.!.lean cuisine or lean pocket for lunch and dinner (or skip dinner altogether and just have another snack like a granola bar!.!.!.!.water, water, water!!! No starbucks coffee very fattening!!! Remember if you burn more than you take in you'll lose it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do lots of situps and side crunches, the more you work those muscles the faster you'll see a loss of fat there!. Then there's the usual - eat right, cut out sugar and soda, and if you eat smaller meals like 6 times a day that tends to make a difference too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups and hula hooping!.

this works on the tummy aswell as the sides :)

and lets face it hula hooping is fun ;)
