Why did my systolic level arise??!
Question: Why did my systolic level arise!?!?
Well, i am 18 now and about one year ago, my systolic was about 100 and now i am almost 130!.!.!.
I have been working out and running and for a week or so, i haven't going to gym and i gained lots of belly fats!.!.!. just in one week!.!.!.!.
I sort of get stresses because of college and sleeping time!.!.!. and also have been sensitive!.!.!.
I am going back to gym on SATURDAY!.!.!. but how will i lower my blood pressure!?!?!?
I don't feel angry or anything!.!.!. i don't even feel angry when someone pisses me off!.!.!. i am just calm right now!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe it's your stress!.!.!. maybe yoga or relaxing workout should work!.!.!. just relax and don't get your mind mixed up so that you always end up thinking!.!.!. also, be sure to exercise more and eat healthy!.!. !.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
stress, smoking, caffeine, salt!.!.!.anything can raise your SBP!.
try changing your diet first to something low in salt!.!.!.and cool off with the stress!.
also when u measure your BP make sure you're doing after 5-10 mins of rest!. and remember that the there's a 10mmHg difference between both arms so measure in the same side all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
