What's the best exercise for a teenager to lose weight without working vigorously?


Answers:

If you don't want to do vigorous workouts, thats fine. Moderate exercise is good for the body too, and when combined with a healthy diet, you can lose up to two pounds a week (probably more than that at first).
As far as I'm concerned, the best exercises are the ones that you like, because you will be more likely to do them every day, which is really what gets results.
