I am in a bit of dilemma?!
Question: I am in a bit of dilemma!?
This week I started to use a tub of whey protein isolate from Nutrisport and every time I drink nutrisports whey protein isolate I always feel bloated!. The other things is I cant get a refund because the tub is already opened and nobody else wont buy it plus the other thing is ive heard that whey protein isolate is virtually fat and carb free but nutrisports whey protein isolate contains 2!.5g of fat and 2!.5g of carbs per shake and that is the same amount of fat and carbs you get from whey protein concentrate!. Finnally the other thing is that nutrisports whey protein isolate has a heavy thick consistency like a meal replacement drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
