Question: I'm trying to loose weight but im CRAVING bagels, i already ate 2!. how do i calm the craving!?
they are high in carbs and calories but i really really want more

and i already had 2!

I know how you feel!. Ive been on a serious health kick starting today, and I was doing well up until!.!.!. I just ate a doughnut!.

Put the last two bagels down as a complete mistake, like I have to put the doughnut down as a mistake!. Now, do you really need another bagel!? Go for a walk outside, get your mind off of the bagel - or maybe even have a citrus fruit!. Suck on a mint!. ANYTHING!.

I feel your pain!. I want doughnuts!. I think I am going to suck on a mint to stop my cravings =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

bagels are around the equivalent of eating at least 10 slices of white bread!. crazy huh!?

there are lots of things you could do!.

prepare a bagel in the morning, and eat it little by little throughout the day!. a bagel should last you the whole day!.

don't buy bagels!. if they're not in your cupboard, then they won't even be an option!.

watch Supersize me!.!.!.!.in case you haven't watched the film!.!.!.it's a movie that will definately motivate you to lose weight!. lol!.

eat a bagel as a main meal, twice a week!. fill it with lots of healthy stuff!.!.!.lettuce, tomatoes, ricotta!.!.!.etc!. that way, you'll still be satisfying your craving for bagels, but only less frequently, so you'll be learning some self-control at the same time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is why you want more!. Try having a whole grain bagel made without flour!.
White flour has nothing for the body and that explains why you are constantly eating them!. They will however spike your blood sugar levels and if you don't use the calories from them, the body will store it as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Get them out of the house!.

2!. Buy and then chew some sugar free gum (believe it or not some people chew gum to eat less!.)

3!. Find a healthy alternative!. (Something healthy that you think is good!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink copious amounts of water!. NOT any diet soda, it makes you crave more carbs!. Or drink some green tea, with no sweetener!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remind yourself that no matter how many you have, you are still going to want more, so you might as well just have one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink lots of water!. you might just be thirsty!. if you really need a bagel, try eating a whole wheat one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try eating pickles and also try adding some healthy oil into your dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

take them out of your house!. its all about control!.
