Question:

How fast does human muscle normally (in poundage per month) grow with a person that is working out every day?

So, lets take me for example. I am a 17 year old white male. I have been working out fairly constantly for the last two weeks. Minus a day here and there and right now because I'm sick. I take vitamins about every other day and the days I work out I take "Creatine". So onto my question. How much muscle mass can I expect to gain if I keep up my current rate and lets say I get well tomorrow and continue tomorrow. I have noticed plenty of difference in my muscle development just the last two weeks. I would just like an idea of how much muscle mass I can expect to gain per month or week. Oh and in case it matters or has anything to do with muscle development. I also run 3 miles everyother day.
