How can i stop eating too much fatty food?!


Question: How can i stop eating too much fatty food!?
I cannot stop eating fatty food even chocolates its ruining my diet!


PLEASE ANSWER HELPFULLY!

Okay, well if you are on a diet, you need or at least try a good amount to stay on it!. Fatty foods, basically stay away from the junk food, the chips, cookies all that stuff that you just want to cram into the mouth!. If I feel like doing that myself which I will do and I am on a diet!.!.I will make myself tea with some honey and milk!.!.!.or I will eat a tomato with a little salt, pepper and some parm!. cheese on it!. Just remember why you are on the diet and if you are trying to loose weight try to avoid the fatties!. Fast food, no good!. I will actually crave fatty foods like fried things!.!.!.but I just have to ignore it and eat something healthy!.!.!.or if you do decided to eat fatty foods, eat only a small amount of it!. Share it with someone, it's not so much what you eat it's how much of it you eat!. So instead of an entire plate of something, have half!. Try different foods too!. I know this is so long already sorry for making you read so much but cutting calories by 500 daily will help loose weight too it's the first step really!. Try planning your meals (including snacks) so that you're more determined to stick to something!.I did it and it really works- and also makes the cravings a bit easier becasue you end up thinking about the plan!. Also, try having a lot of gum as it tends to replace all the junk food we'd usually have!. :)

If you live in the UK, you can also try using Sainsburies!. On most of their products they have a food wheel which tells you how much fat you're consuming and uses Green, Orange or Red ( Green being the best) so you know if that amount is healthy!. Really helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im on a diet!. I used to eat a lot of junk food!. What you really need is to really want to stop eating it!
try dirnking lots of water and eating fruits or wheat cookies!.
Stop drinking canned food and soft drinks!. try lemonade and home made food!.
if you are really craving for fatty food eat just 100 calories or a small bite!.
