Question: How can i lose 25 pounds in a month and 2 weeks!?
anyone know what i can do to achieve this!.because im going on vacation on July 18th and i want to go back looking totally different!.if anyone knows the type of foods and exercise i should do please tell me!.i would really appreciate it!.also im a 17 yr old boy who currently weighs 222 pounds and so far ive gone down from 258 pounds and my heights 5-8 to 5-9!.thanks alotWww@Answer-Health@Com
