Answers:
This just means that you are getting a good muscle pump; whereby your veins quickly try to get blood and with it oxygen to your muscles to assist them; this is also why your arms sometimes go red when working out!.
One thing i would also say though is that the above is right, you could do with working all bodyparts in order to achieve the muscular, cut look!. Also, never work each bodypart more than once every week, as your muscles grow when you are recovering rather than when you are working them!. What happens is, when you workout, your muscle tissue is broken down and when recovering, your muscles overcompensate for this and thus grow, get bigger and more defined!.
So, because of this, you should perform a split whereby you work two bodyparts on each day, e!.g!.
Day1: Back and triceps
Day2: Shoulders, legs and abs
Day3: Chest and biceps
If you need exercises to do with dumbbells for other muscle groups such as back, chest etc!. go to www!.dumbbell-exercise!.com and click on exercises for various ones for each muscle group!. Hope this helps you out m8!Www@Answer-Health@Com
