My questions are as follows:

1!. I still have lovehandles and flab all over, still!.!.!.!. and yea i got the man boobs!.!.!. lol!. How can I get rid of these aggravating things!?

2!. I have a few stretch marks!.!.!. will cocoa butter help!?

3!. I'm starting to weightlift more often!.!.!. but I'm really annoyed by the infamous dangling arm fat by the triceps!.!.!. will cardio and upper arm workouts help this!?

4!. Finally, should I tan!? I have a farmer's tan and I'd like to get a nice all over tan but im not sure how to!.

Great job! To be honest girls don't like fake tans, plus it's more fun to lay out in the sun all day smelling like banana boat!. But #3 is a yes, to answer your question, and #2; at cvs/rite aid or grocery stores they sell stretch mark firming creams!. Not prescription or anything, but you can probably get that too!. #1, lovehandles and manboobs can be really reduced by cardio and at home push ups or sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cardio cardio cardio and weight lifting and upper arm workouts will help!. you can tan naturally by going out into the sun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just keep working out the weight and all the things that come with it will fade and you will be slim and healthy just keep up the good work!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. You need to do a lot more cardio and diet (keep your protein up but don't go over board a man like you needs 180g of protein a day MAX thats if your going to the gym/working out hard!) watch what you eat try to be around 1200-1300 cals a day (this includes the protein)

2!. No!. Things that cure stretch marks: time or surgery!. creams do not help when you have stretch marks!. only preventing them!. (especially non prescription)

3!. do lots of cardio try and do some before breakfast and before dinner, weights are also good cardio (make sure you eat protein after a work out you dont need to have a full meal maybe just egg whites or lean meat such as kangaroo or chicken) calorie count!.

4!. yes if you have stretch marks i suggest it!. a tan can seriously reduce the looks of stretch mark!. DO NOT USE FAKE TAN it looks absolutely foul!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
