Question: Please Answer!!! Am I fat I'm 12 Years old I am 65 kilo's and my height is 156 cm, Am I fat!?
Okay!.!. So I'm 12 years old and I weigh 65 kilo's my height is 156 cm's tall!.!. I just need to know i beleive I am fat, I just wanted a second oppinion! Please the truth but no "put downs" please! thank you heaps!

OK, google "BMI calculator" and put in your stats there!. Whatever the result, just know you haven't stopped growing and changing yet - that stops in your very late teens!. You seen all those Hollywood actors "kid shots" where they were like ugly betty, and now look at them!? Yup, that's hormones at work! Just don't get caught up in the diet crap ok!? Just keep eating and drinking processed foods to a minumum (just one day a week if you want!?) and exercise - walk 20 mins a day and lift some weights once a week - nothing huge, just stress your body a little more each time, ok :)

Now, shut up thinking like an obsessed adult with the all the worries of the world, and go have fun with your mates! (Just cut down your sugary food and drink when you're hanging out with them, ok hahaha!)

You are technically considered overweight by the Body Mass Index (BMI)!. Not obese though!. This does not factor in muscle so you may just be incredibly built!. But at twelve, probably not!. And at twelve, it is only more easy to loose weight simply by eating halfway decently and excersizing regularly!.

Exersize is pretty easy as all you have to do is go to a park and play, or get a Nintendo Wii!. Eating halfway decent can be done by snacking on pudding, yogurt, or jello, instead of chips as most kids do!.

Pretty much though, you're twelve and your body is going through incredible changes that effect everybody in so many different ways!. Don't worry until the age range of about 18 to 22 where your body starts setting into what it will base the rest of its life on!. If you can keep in shape through those years, it will be considerably easier to stay in shape for the remainder of your life, and visa versa if you waste them away moping around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Given your height and weight, your bmi is 26!.7, which is high, this does put you in the overweight area of the scale, being from 25-29!.9, being overweight is risky, I was considered overweight at you age (I'm 15 now)!. I brought my bmi to 20!.4 from 25!.6!. It is possible to slim down through moderate exercise, good healthy eating choices, and drinking lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think you are necessarily "fat"!. Maybe you have more muscle than other people your age or maybe you are maturing faster!. I am 14, weigh 50kg and am about the same height as you!.
