Crunches and leg lifts will strengthen the abs nicely and stiff leg dead-lifts will strengthen the lower back muscles!. Use light weights and go for around 15 repetitions for the lower back and 25-50 reps for the abs using your own body weight!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For abs:
