Crunches and leg lifts will strengthen the abs nicely and stiff leg dead-lifts will strengthen the lower back muscles!. Use light weights and go for around 15 repetitions for the lower back and 25-50 reps for the abs using your own body weight!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For back:

Deadlifts, wide grip pullups, barbell bent over row, cable seated row

For abs:

HIIT and your diet!. Don't even think of sit ups or crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
