What is good-push-ups and dips or dumbell and barbells for biceps?!


Question: What is good-push-ups and dips or dumbell and barbells for biceps!?
i want the best technique for developing biceps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dips, upper arm parallel with floor!.
press ups, resistance is too low, ie too many reps, you could lift the legs up higher to make it harder I guess!.
dumbbell curls, tri rotating them as you curl, does it burn more!? if so its good, if not, do regular way, for variety try slow mo reps or super sets, one exercise for bicep followed by one for triceps!.
variety is good, stops the body from getting used to the stress!.
do reps, 6-10, 10-15, 15-25 rep range if you are building size!.
Also 2/3 of arm is tricep, if you want big arms then dont leave them out, only 1/3 of arm is bicep, dont over focus on bicep, but do both, bicep and tricep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Push ups and dips do almost nothing for biceps so you need to use dumbells or barbells!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
