How To Lose Weight Before Aug. 18?

I am a 16 year old female, 5'2, and weighs 117.

I want to lose at least 10 pounds before school starts. I know there is no such thing as spot reduction but i want to lose weight mostly on my lower part of the body, thighs and legs. I walk at least 10 blocks every other day.

What would be a good exercise that i can do at home easily?
Would eating wheat bread instead of rice help?
