Question: So I'm a little overweight!.!. !!?
And we're getting our pool done sometime in the next two weeks, if I eat right and swim everyday as much as I can, do you think I can loose weight in time for school!?

Also, anyone know a place that sales cute clip-on earrings that are semi-cheap!? (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure you can!. You can visibly lose weight in a matter of weeks, but it is mostly water weight that comes off rapidly at first!. Also, DO NOT go to the other extreme and starve yourself, because you WILL gain it all back!. first get off the scale, not sure what you weigh but it doesn't really matter till you are really heavy!. If you are just like every other girl, most think they are fat, then here is what I can tell you;

Muscle weighs more than fat so you may even gain
swimming is GREAT for toning, you have to do it right though
When I was 7 or so to when I was 17 I road my bike about ten miles a day and swam anywhere from two to four hours a day!. The key with swimming is to stretch, to use pull boys to streangthen arms and kick boards to streangthen legs!.

If you do not now do exercise do not go to hard but push yourself!. If you are really overweight, just start slow!. Just give your doc a call and get his opinion as far as how much you should do!.

mix it up, dont just swim!.!.!.stay active in doing anything, and ALWAYS have breakfast!.
of course you can slim down, just as long as you keep the cardio up! alot of people make the mistake of thinking that doing billions of crunches every night will give them a six pack, doing cardio will really slim down the stomach area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will, dieting does not do anything unless you do it for like a year!. Exercise, however, is great at keeping you trim and it just happens that swimming is the single best exercise out there!

You will lose weight!. but remember, SWIM

Depends on how soon school starts!. And by swimming, swimming actual laps, not just splashing around!. Also, u might wanna try other types of exercizing besides just swimming, such as pilates, yoga,(they actually work), or running a couple miles each day!. Just remember to stay active!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you really swim then yes (like laps, not playing volleyball) and if you cut way back on your calories then you could lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks, 10 tops!.!.!. anymore than that would just be water and you don't want to lose waterWww@Answer-Health@Com
