I would wait another hour!. If I work-out after a footlong, I'd get really sick to my stomach!. You could be different, but I suggest waiting 1-2 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
At least 45 minutes!. If you have a meal, you should wait 45-60 minutes!.!.!.but a snack u should wait maybe 30!. It always depends on how much you eat and how full you feel!. If u start working out too early, you'll get a cramp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
