Question: Need tips for exercise!!!!?
I wanted some tips for thighs, the butt and under the stomach because as much as I try I cant seem to lose fat in those areas and I want to look better for summer so plz help and give some tips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For the thighs and butt there are so many exercises you can do at home, work, or the gym!. Doing it correctly is important so i will leave you some links so you can see how the exercises should be properly done!.

Squats: The best form of lower body toning and shaping!. http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=7IkyiekPI!.!.!. (if you have bad knees, dont drop lower then 90 degrees)

For the stomach that takes cardio and proper dieting, for toning and shapening lower abs there are all sorts of leg raises and decline leg raises howevere these are the best type:

For the legs if you use your natural body weight do high reps 20 or so at 3-5 sets!. For any weight added you want to do anywhere from 8-12 reps in 3 sets!. The heavier the weight and more difficult the exercise the less reps you should do (to prevent injuries)

For the Leg raises you should do about 4-5 sets of 15-20 reps, you can add ankle weights when you feel they are easy in order to make them more difficult and add an extra burn while doing the leg raise!.

you of corse should always eat healthy!. never go on one of the unhealthy eating diets! you should do sit-ups for your stomach, and lunges for your butt and thighs!. trust me it makes you feel healthy, and look great!Www@Answer-Health@Com
